Ingredients: Carnosyn Beta Alanine, Micronised Creatine Monohydrate, Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide and Calcium Silicate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Bulking Agent (Polydextrose), Flavourings, N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, Caffeine Anhydrous, Sweeteners (Acesulfame K and Sucralose), L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Colours (Beet Root Red and Ponceau 4R), Nicotinamide (Niacin), Pyridoxal-5'-Phosphate (Vitamin B6), Folic Acid (Vitamin B9), Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12).
Recommended Use: Take one daily serving (1 level scoop of powder, using scoop provided in container) of C4 Original, mixed with 150-200ml. of water 20-30 minutes before training.
