Ingredients: CarnoSyn Beta Alanine, Micronised Creatine Monohydrate, Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide and Calcium Silicate), Flavourings, N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, Caffeine Anhydrous, Sweeteners (Acesulfame K and Sucralose), Bulking Agent (Polydextrose), L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Colour (Brilliant Blue FCF), Nicotinamide (Niacin), Pyridoxal-5'-Phosphate (Vitamin B6), Folic Acid (Vitamin B9), Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12).
Recommended Use: Take one daily serving (1 level scoop of powder, using scoop provided in container) of C4 Original, mixed with 150-200 ml. of water 20-30 minutes before training.
