Ingredients: CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine, Micronised Creatine Monohydrate, Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide and Calcium Silicate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Bulking Agent (Polydextrose), Flavourings, N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, Caffeine Anhydrous, Sweeteners (Acesulfame K and Sucralose), L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Colour (Allura Red AC), Nicotinamide (Niacin), Pyridoxal-5'-Phosphate (Vitamin B6), Folic Acid (Vitamin B9), Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12).
Recommended Use: Take one daily serving (1 level scoop of powder, using scoop provided in container) of C4 Original, mixed with 150-200ml. of water 20-30 minutes before training. Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
