Ingredients: Carnosyn Beta Alanine, Micronized Creatine Monohydrate, Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Bulking Agent (Polydextrose), Flavourings, N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, Caffeine Anhydrous, Sweeteners (Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose), Vitamins (Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Folic Acid, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (Vitamin B6), Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12)), Colour (Tartrazine & Brilliant Blue FCF).
Recommended Use: Take one daily serving (1 level scoop of powder, using scoop provided in container) of C4 Original, mixed with 150-200ml. of water 20-30 minutes before training.
