Ingredients: Carnosyn Beta Alanine, Micronized Creatine Monohydrate‌, Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate‌‌, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)‌, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide‌, Calcium Silicate),‌ Flavourings, N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine‌, Caffeine Anhydrous‌, Sweeteners (Acesulfame Potassium‌, Sucralose)‌, Bulking Agent (Polydextrose), Vitamins (Ascorbic Acid‌ (Vitamin C), Folic Acid‌, Nicotinamide‌ (Vitamin B3), Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate‌ (Vitamin B6), Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12))‌, Colour (Brilliant Blue FCF).

Recommended Use: Take one serving (1 rounded scoop) of C4 Original, Mixed with 150-200mLof water 20-30 minutes before training. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta alanine. DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED.
