Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended Use: Take 1 tablet daily with food.

A vitamin complex for men containing vitamins C, D, E, K, B vitamins, folic acid, iodine, zinc, magnesium, chromium and lutein, among others. The supplement is best taken with food.
The product contains, among other things:
- Beta-carotene - an organic chemical compound, a provitamin of vitamin A, which is essential for normal vision. Beta-carotene is found in many yellow-orange vegetables and fruits.
- Vitamin C - or L-ascorbic acid, is by far one of the most popular vitamins. It has antioxidant properties, strengthens teeth and gums, improves immune function and facilitates wound healing.
- Vitamin D - in the human body contributes to the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels and its proper absorption, so supports bone and tooth health.
- Vitamin E - is naturally present in nuts, sunflower seeds, tomatoes and dried apricots, among others. In the human body, it contributes, among other things, to the protection of cells against so-called oxidative stress.
- Vitamin K - contributes, among other things, to proper blood clotting and, together with vitamin D, supports bone health.
- Vitamin B1 - a.k.a. thiamine, contributes to the normal functioning of the heart and nervous system. It influences adequate energy metabolism and proper psychological functions. It acts synergistically with thyroxine and insulin.
- Vitamin B2 - riboflavin is essential for the proper functioning of certain enzymes, the nervous system and the organ of vision. Its deficiencies lead, among other things, to problems with mucous membranes.
- Vitamin B3 - niacin or vitamin PP, is the third B vitamin discovered by scientists. Among other things, it is involved in metabolism. It is easily supplied with food.
- Vitamin B6 - is responsible for, among other things, the good functioning of the nervous system, the immune system, metabolism: energy, protein, glycogen and homocysteine. Vitamin B6 is used for the formation of red blood cells, as well as regulating hormonal activity and supporting psychological function. It is also recommended for people who are overtired.
- Vitamin B12 - otherwise known as cobalamin, is an organic chemical compound that plays an important role in erythrocyte production. Vitamin B12 deficiencies mostly occur in people on vegetarian or vegan diets, as cobalamin is mainly found in animal products.
- Biotin - a.k.a. vitamin B7 or vitamin H is an organic compound responsible for many biochemical reactions important for the functioning of the body. Adequate levels of this vitamin affect the appearance of hair and skin.
