Ingredients: L-citrulline, beta-alanine, taurine, amino acid (L-tyrosine), acids (ascorbic acid, citric acid, malic acid), Aquamin carbonate (red algae minerals, L. corallioides), Coffea arabica bean extract, caffeine citrate, choline bitartrate, black pepper extract, naringin, Myristica fragrans (nutmeg) seed powder, vanillin, cinnamon, cayenne, salt, sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides [from stevia leaf extract]), niacinamide, niacin, pyridoxine HCl, methylcobalamin, anti-caking agents (waxy maize starch, rice starch, silicon dioxide), natural and artificial flavours, MCT oil (fractionated coconut oil), calcium silicate, colour (spirulina). Recommended Use: Healthy adults only: Mix 1/2 to 1 serving with 250-500 mL (8-16 fl oz) of water 15-45 minutes before workouts. (Use 1/2 serving or less first to assess tolerance). Use only as directed. Secure the lid firmly after each use; leave the desiccant packets inside the jar; store jar in a cool, dry place; shake the jar gently before and after each use to help break up any clumping. Wait a few seconds after shaking, before opening the jar, to allow powder to settle.

Consumption with food supplements (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra), other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure, or with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, maté) is not recommended.
