Recommended Use: Long Exercise: Consume orally 1 gel at specific stages during long exercise that requires a quick mental and physical boost. Short Exercise: Consume orally 1 gel 15 minutes prior to short intense exercise. Do not exceed more than 3 gels per day. Endurance Gels do not need to be consumed with water to be effective. Ensure you keep hydrated.

Warnings: High Caffeine Content: 75mg per 60g gel/125mg per 100g. This product is not suitable for anyone under 16. Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
