Ingredients: Rice Flour, Flavouring, Salt, Natural Colour (Beta Carotene), Sweetener (Sucralose).

Recommended Use: 1 serving (25g) to be mixed with the desired amount of boiling water and cooked to desired consistency. Alternatively it can be cooked in the microwave. When stuck for time, it can be conveniently mixed with water in a shaker bottle and consumed.

Warnings: Do not use if you are under 16 years of age, pregnant or nursing. Consult your physician before use if you have a medical condition or are taking any prescription medication. Warning of choking can be given for people with swallowing difficulties or when ingesting with inadequate fluid intake. Drink plenty of water to ensure product reaches stomach.
