Ingredients: 30% L-Leucine, 15% L-Isoleucine, 15% L-Valine, 15% L-Glutamine, Acids: Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid; Maltodextrin, Coconut Milk Powder (Coconut Milk, Glucose Syrup, Milk Protein), Flavouring, Sweeteners: Acesulfame K, Sodium Cyclamate, Sodium Saccharin, Sucralose; Emulsifier: Soya-Lecithins; Anticaking Agent: Silicon Dioxide; Thickener: Xanthan Gum; Colour: E122; Vitamin B6. Contains milk and lactose. May contain traces of gluten and egg.

Recommended Use: 1 serving per day; preferably before workout. Instructions for use: Mix 10 g powder (2 measuring scoops) with 200 ml water.
