The product consists of:
- Spirulina - is a non-toxic blue-green algae. Due to its very high protein content - around 70% on a dry weight basis - spirulina is very often used by vegans in their diet. In addition, it is a source of vitamins A, B, including B12, C, D, E, K, magnesium, and beta-carotene. One of spirulina's active ingredients is phycocyanobilin, which provides spirulina with antioxidant effects. Studies show that spirulina influences vitality, supports the immune system and increases the feeling of satiety, thus controlling body weight.
Recommended intake 1 tablet 1-2 times a day.
