  • Long Oyster - (English turmeric Latin Curcuma longa) otherwise known as turmeric, Indian Oyster. It is a polyphenol with strong anti-inflammatory effects.
  • gotu-cola'>Gotu Kola - helps maintain venous circulation, supports peripheral circulation. It is characterised by its anti-aggregation activity - prevents platelet aggregation, which can reduce the negative effects of venous stasis. It contributes to the elimination of the troublesome feeling of heavy legs, swelling and pain. Gotu Kola supports brain function and stimulates the central nervous system. It has sedative, antidepressant, anticonvulsant and analgesic effects.
