This product includes, but is not limited to:
- Probiotics - selected cultures of bacteria or yeast that support normal intestinal function and a healthy immune system. Those included in the supplement:
Bifidus longum - one of 32 bacteria belonging to the genus biflidobacterium. Supports the digestion of lactose and other nutrients.
Lactobacillus acidophilus - lactic acid bacilli used in the production of dairy products such as yoghurt and kefir. They convert lactose into lactic acid during the fermentation process.
Bifidus breve - a naturally occurring bacterium in the large intestine. Produces organic acids and lactic acid, thus influencing the creation of unfavourable conditions for pathogen growth.
Lactobacillus casei - bacteria that carry out homofermentation of glucose, resulting in lactic acid. Naturally found in milk, ripened cheese and sauerkraut.
Supplement should be taken once a day preferably just after a meal.
