- Acerola - is a small fruit, an excellent source of vitamin C with very high bioavailability - approximately 1677 mg of the vitamin is found in 100 g of acerola. Due to the excipients contained in this plant, as much as 60 to 90% of the total vitamin C supply is delivered to the body.
