The yellow-orange colour is given by the curcumin contained in turmeric - curcumin. Curcumin is highly valued for its health-promoting properties and was first appreciated by Asian countries. The second ingredient in the supplement is bromelain. Bromelain is a chemical substance extracted from pineapples. Pineapple extract consists mainly of proteolytic enzymes, which are capable of degrading proteins.
