- Alfalfa - otherwise known as alfalfa or Medicago sativa L. Alfalfa leaves are very high in fibre, chlorophyll, carotene, calcium, protein, phosphorus, potassium, iron and zinc. They are not lacking in B vitamins, vitamins C, D, E and K - they are natural multivitamins.
- Probiotics - are selected cultures of bacteria or yeast that support normal bowel function and a healthy immune system. The freeze-dried probiotic strains contained in the supplement - these include: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium longum and Saccharomyces boulardil.
- Kelp - a rich source of vitamins and amino acids. The plant is classed as an algae - due to its size and very rapid growth, it forms underwater forests in the North Pacific, for example. Among other things, kelp supports the immune system, the endocrine system, digestion and influences metabolism.
