Ingredients: Whey Protein Concentrate, Inulin (from chicory), Flavourings, acid (Citric acid), Sweeteners (Acesulfame-K, Sucralose), Vanilla crystal, Colour (Ponceau 4R). Ponceau 4R: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Recommended Use: Mix 1 serving (30 g) with 250 ml of cold water. Take 1 serving daily. On training days, consume 1 serving immediately after workout. On non-training days, drink 1 serving right on waking.
