Recommended Use: The food supplement is recommended for consumption 3 times a day during meals. Adults: 10-15 ml (2-3 teaspoons) 3 times a day, diluted in about 100 ml of water or other drink. Children over 3 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 3 times a day, diluted in about 50 ml of water or other drink.
