No added Sugar or Salt. No Starch, No Corn, No Milk, No Lactose, No Gluten, No Wheat, No Yeast, No Fish, No Porcine. Contains (or contains an ingredient/s derived from) soya.

Recommended Use: Pour between 3 and 4 dessert spoons of Holland & Barrett's organic blend on your food. It is ideal on a selection of dishes from rice and pasta or simply pour over vegetables. It is also ideal as a dressing for salads and cereals. The optimum oil blend provides a rande of fatty acids. With certified organic flax seed, evening promrose, olive, rice bran and sunflower oils, it os certified organic and approved by the soil association.

Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing. This product should be kept refrigerated once opened and used within 4-6 weeks. It can be frozen to prolong its life.
