Ingredients: Glucosamine Sulphate KCl (Crustaceans), Cod Liver Oil (Fish), Capsule Shell (Gelatine, Glycerine, Colours (Brown Iron Oxide (Glycerol, Black Iron Oxide, Red Iron Oxide)), Thickener (Yellow beeswax), Emulsifier (Citric Acid Esters of Mono- and Diglycerides), Fish Oil, Vitamin A (as Retinyl Palmitate), Vitamin D3. No Artificial Colours, Flavours or Sweeteners.

Recommended Use: Take one to two softgel capsules daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
