Ingredients: Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Cross-Linked Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Rose Hips Powder, L-Tartaric Acid.

Recommended Use: Take one to eight tablets daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
