Dimethylglycine (DMG) is also known as pangamic acid, and is commonly referred to as vitamin B15. Vitamin B15 is a naturally occurring substance found in foods. Sources of dimethylglycine include beef, brewer's yeast, brown rice, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
Dimethylglycine is also available as dietary supplements from NOW Foods - DMG. The bioavailability of vitamin B15 is improved by the presence of fish oil, shark oil, coenzyme Q10, phytosterols, folic acid and vitamin B12 in the diet.
