Lutein and zeaxanthin - what should you know about these ingredients?
Lutein belongs to the carotenoids and plays the role of a natural pigment produced in plants. It is combined with various valuable properties. Its richest sources are vegetables with an intense green colour, such as spinach and kale. It is also found in smaller quantities in fruits with an orange hue and in egg yolks.
