Jarro-Dophilus + FOS Complex is 12 billion probiotics from the bifidus and lactobacillus families. The supplement stimulates the proliferation of bacteria that have a positive effect on the intestinal microflora, and supports the digestive and immune system.

The product includes:

• Probiotics (gr. pro bios - for life) are orally taken selected bacterial or yeast cultures. Those included in the supplement: Bifidus longum - one of 32 bacteria belonging to the genus biflidobacterium. Supports the digestion of lactose and other nutrients, enabling proper absorption in the digestive system. Bifidus lactis - a strain of probiotic bacteria responsible for the production of lactic acid. Naturally found in the terminal ileum and large intestine. Lactobacillus acidophilus - lactic acid bacilli used in the production of dairy products such as yoghurt and kefir. This probiotic converts lactose into lactic acid during the fermentation process.

• Prebiotics - stimulate the proliferation of bacteria that have a positive effect on the human body. In turn, they inhibit the growth of pathogenic intestinal microflora. In the supplement, it is the Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) that improve digestion and reduce toxins in the body.
