- Quercetin - an organic plant aromatic compound. Characterised by its bitter taste - it is often a common ingredient in foods and drinks. As a pigment, it is also used in textile dyeing (it is used to dye cotton, among other things) and as a reagent in chemical analyses. Quercetin is found in large quantities in fruits (apples, red grapes, strawberries) and vegetables (onions, kale, spinach, broccoli).
For supplementation, one capsule should be taken daily with meals, unless otherwise recommended.
