Supplement by NOW Foods is a combination of zinc (in the form of mono-L-methionine sulphate) with copper ( in the form of l-asparginate). Extremely beneficial for the immune system.
Product ingredients include:
- Zinc - one of 24 micronutrients. Among other things, this mineral is involved in supporting the immune system. It is most often taken in either small (between 5 and 10 mg per day - as a preventative measure) or large amounts (between 25 and 45 mg per day - to correct deficiencies), for example to support the maintenance of optimal testosterone levels.
- Copper - a chemical element that is essential for the normal activity of many enzymes. It contributes to adequate energy metabolism, the functioning of connective tissues, the nervous and immune systems, hair pigmentation and the transport of iron in the body.
