NOW Foods Essential Oil contains in its composition two pure oils from jojoba and myrrh oil. Jojoba oil is obtained from the pressing of the seeds of the Simondsia californica bush by cold pressing. The oil is characterised by its yellow colour and delicate fragrance. The oil does not go rancid and is resistant to high temperatures. Its chemical composition is very rich, containing, among others, vitamins B, A and E, and of the minerals it contains are selenium, iodine and chromium.
Myrrh oil is obtained by distillation of myrrh resin. Myrrh is rich in biologically active compounds, including flavonoids. The oil from NOW Foods would be great for aromatherapy or massage.
