Quercetin - (ang. Quercetin, Latin quercetum literally: oak forest) is an organic, plant-based aromatic compound. It is characterised by a bitter taste. Quercetin is found in large amounts in fruits (apples, red grapes, strawberries) and vegetables (onions, kale, spinach, broccoli).
Bromelain - the popular 'pineapple extract', is a combination of several compounds, of which the protein-digesting enzyme may be considered the most important. This enzyme, when acting, affects the blood.
It is recommended to take two capsules two to three times a day, about 20 minutes before meals.
