Dandelion is a common plant - there are around 380 species in Poland. It is mostly considered a weed and its mature flowers are popularly known as dandelions. However, dandelion has a wide range of uses in herbalism. The NOW Foods product contains 500 mg of organic dandelion root per capsule.
