Ingredients: BCAA mix [L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine], stabilizers: sucrose esters of fatty acids, hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose; flavourings, sweetener: sucralose; colour: anthocyanins; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl), vitamin B1 (thiamin HCl).
Recommended Use: add 1 and a half scoop (5,5 g) in 150 ml of water or other favourite beverage and take once a day before or immediately after workout or competition. On non training days the product may be taken at any time of the day.
