What is Essential Amino 9 + Energy? It is a powdered dietary supplement in Candy Fish flavour, produced by the US brand Rule One. It containsnine amino acids and they are: arginine, phenylalanine, histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan and valine.
The ingredients listed are EAA amino acids, which are exogenous chemical compounds essential to the human diet. Supplements can be useful when the daily diet does not provide adequate amounts of amino acids. Among the EAA amino acids is the BCAA group (leucine, valine and isoleucine), which is distinguished by its branched structure. BCAA amino acids are very often found in supplements for athletes.
