Ingredients: Glucomannan (sulphates), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Raspberry Fruit Extract, Maltodextrin, Anti-caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin), Bulking Agent (Dicalcium Phosphate).

Recommended Use: Take two capsules with 250ml of water 30 minutes before your meal, three times daily. Do not exceed stated dose. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of Glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy-restricted diet.
