Ingredients: Black cumin seed oil (Nigella sativa), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti caking agent (silicon dioxide), antioxident (rosemary extract), Vitamin D (Cholecalceferol). May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, molluscs, fish, soya, milk, nuts and sesame.

Recommended Use: Take one capsule daily, preferably with meals.
