A complex of diverse active ingredients including lutein, alfalfa, spirulina, chromium, zinc, magnesium, B vitamins, vitamin E, A, C, D and inositol.
Product ingredients include:
- Vitamin A - 100% beta-carotene, also known as retinol or provitamin A. It is easy to obtain vitamin A from food - large amounts are found in tripe, liver, sweet potatoes or carrots.
- Vitamin E - is a fat-soluble group of eight organic chemicals that include tocopherols and tocotrienols. In the human body, this vitamin contributes, among other things, to the protection of cells against so-called oxidative stress.
- Vitamin B2 - otherwise known as riboflavin, is degraded when exposed to UV light. This vitamin is considered to be a water-soluble precursor of two essential coenzymes. Among other things, it is involved in oxidation and reduction processes, influences red blood cells, and is responsible for the normal function of the nervous system and the organ of vision. Adequate levels of vitamin B2 help reduce the feeling of fatigue, influence the appearance of the skin and the condition of mucous membranes.
- Biotin - or vitamin B7 or, in other words, vitamin H is an organic chemical compound responsible for many biochemical reactions important for the functioning of the body. Biotin is most commonly referred to as the beauty vitamin due to the fact that, as studies show, adequate levels of biotin affect the appearance of hair and skin.
- Selenium - strengthens immunity, helps maintain normal thyroid function, and has a positive effect on the appearance of hair and nails. Interestingly, this element also affects spermatogenesis in men.
- Inositol - that is, one stereoisomer molecule - is particularly important for women - it is even called a women's health supplement. It can improve fertility in people with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and also sensitise the body to insulin.
- Bromelain - the popular 'pineapple extract', is a combination of several compounds, of which the protein-digesting enzyme may be considered the most important. This enzyme, when acting, affects the blood.
It is recommended to take two tablets per day, with meals.
