Ingredients: Organic cane sugar, organic tapioca syrup, inulin, vegetable glycerin, agar, citric acid, natural watermelon flavor, organic black carrot (Daucus carota) (color).
Recommended Use: Children ages 4 to 12, chew 1 gummy per day. For ages 13 and older, chew 1 gummy up to 4 times daily alone or at mealtime. For best results: Spread serving size into multiple servings throughout the day. Taking too much magnesium at once may cause an undesired laxative effect.
