Ingredients: CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine, L-Citrulline, L-Carnitine Tartate, L-Tyrosine, Anti-Caking Agents (Calcium Silicate and Silicon Dioxide), Flavourings, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid and Tartaric Acid), Green Coffee (Coffea Robusta) bean extract, Cafeine Anhydrous Bulking Agent (Polydextrose), Sweeteners (Acesulfame K and Sucralose), Capsimax Cayenne (Capsicum annuum) fruit extract, Panax Ginseng root extract, Nicotinamide (Niacin), Colour (Allura Red AC), Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (Vitamin B6), Folic Acid (Vitamin B9), Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12).
Recommended Use: Take one serving (1 scoop) of C4 Ripped, mixed with 175-250 ml of water 20-30 minutes before training.
