Product ingredients include:
- Vitamin A - also known as retinol, provitamin A or beta-carotene. It is easy to obtain vitamin A from food - large amounts are found in tripe, liver, sweet potatoes or carrots.

- Calcium - is considered a macrominerals. It influences bone and cardiovascular health. It can be easily provided by eating dairy products and selected vegetables.
- Iron - a mineral found naturally in both plant and animal products. It is primarily responsible for supplying oxygen to cells, and deficiencies lead to anaemia.
