Recommended Use: Take 3 softgels up to 5 times daily with food.

The medium-chain fatty acids, commonly known as MCTs, used in NOW Foods' product are derived from coconut oil. It is recommended to take 3 capsules up to five times a day preferably with a meal, sipped with water.
The product consists of:
