Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate, Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Magnesium Oxide, Ferrous Sulphate, Maltodextrin, Brewer’s Yeast, Rutin Powder, Niacin (as Niacinamide), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Zinc Oxide, Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine, Carnauba Wax), Vitamin E (as dl-Alpha Tocopherol), Starch, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Thiamin Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), Vitamin A (as Retinyl Acetate), Emulsifier (Acacia Gum), Sucrose, Folic Acid, Potassium Iodide, Biotin (as d-Biotin), Tricalcium Phosphate, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin).

Recommended Use: Take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.

All supplements containing Vitamin A (preformed Retinol) are best avoided by those who regularly eat liver and products made from liver. Store in a cool, dry place.
