Ingredients: Maltodextrin, whey protein concentrate, dextrose, fructose, cocoa (processed with alkali), natural & artificial vanilla flavor, cellulose, natural chocolate milk flavor, sodium chloride, lecithin, whey protein isolate, acesulfame potassium, and sucralose. Contains: Milk and Soy. Recommended Use: Mix 5 scoops of Gain Fast with 16 oz. of your beverage of choice. Mix thoroughly (preferably in a blender with crushed ice for a rich, thick, delicious, frosty milk shake). For best results, take one to three servings of Gain Fast daily in addition to regular meals. Use in conjunction with a proper training and nutrition program.
