Ingredients: Silicon dioxide, natural and artificial flavor, acesulfame potassium, sucralose, citric acid, FD&C Red #40 Lake. Made in a GMP facility on equipment that processes milk, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, wheat and sesame.

Recommended Use: Mix 1 scoop with 10 oz of your beverage of choice. For best results, take one serving 30 minutes before your workout and another serving within 30 minutes after your workout.
