The NOW Foods brand supplement is a combination of CLA green tea, guarana and vitamin E. The gel capsule formulation makes it easy to swallow.

The product includes:

• Vitamin E - is a fat-soluble group of eight organic chemicals that include tocopherols and tocotrienols. In the human body, this vitamin contributes, among other things, to the protection of cells against so-called oxidative stress.
• Chromium - is a mineral responsible for regulating macronutrient metabolism - chromium, naturally found in plant products, is an underestimated substance of great importance in the human body.
• CLA - conjugated linoleic acid, or conjugated linolenic acid, is a group of at least 28 positional and geometric isomers of linoleic acid. It is found in animal products, e.g. full-fat dairy products such as quark, fatty milk, butter and yoghurt. Sources of CLA are also found in certain species of mushrooms, such as the two-spored mushroom.
• Green tea - a product originating from China called Chinese tea, Camellia sinensis. It is now widespread in all Western countries. Regular consumption of green tea contributes to increased fat burning.
• Guarana extracta species of climber, the seeds are used to make an extract that is an ingredient in a great many supplements with a wide range of uses.

Recommended intake: 1 tablet, one to three times daily, preferably one hour before meals.
