Product ingredients include:
- Vitamin E - is a fat-soluble group of eight organic chemicals that include tocopherols and tocotrienols. In the human body, this vitamin contributes, among other things, to the protection of cells against so-called oxidative stress.
- Vitamin B2 - it is considered to be a water-soluble precursor of two important coenzymes. Among other things, it is involved in oxidation and reduction processes, influences red blood cells, and is responsible for the normal function of the nervous system and the organ of vision. Adequate levels of vitamin B2 help reduce the feeling of fatigue, influence the appearance of the skin and the condition of mucous membranes.
- Selenium - a microelement which strengthens immunity, helps maintain proper thyroid function, has a positive effect on the appearance of hair and nails. Interestingly, this element also affects spermatogenesis in men. The requirement for selenium increases in pregnant women and those who are breastfeeding.
- Glucoraphanin - a substance extracted from broccoli, a precursor of sulforaphane. This compound belongs to the isothiocyanin group and exhibits antioxidant properties.
