Ingredients: Tapioca starch, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), silicon dioxide and ascorbic acid (antioxidant).
Recommended Use: Adults take 1 capsule once a day with water, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional. May be taken with food or on an empty stomach.
