The ingredients include:
- Vitamin B1 - thiamine is one of the water-soluble vitamins. It is essential for the normal functioning of the human body - it contributes to the proper functioning of the heart and nervous system. It influences adequate energy metabolism and proper psychological functions. It acts synergistically with thyroxine and insulin.
- Vitamin B2 - riboflavin is degraded when exposed to UV light. This vitamin is considered to be a water-soluble precursor of two essential coenzymes. Among other things, it is involved in oxidation and reduction processes, influences red blood cells, and is responsible for the normal function of the nervous system and the organ of vision.
