The product includes:
- Choline - is a component of selected phospholipids, which is why scientists originally included it among the B vitamins, calling it vitamin B4. Today, it is only recognised as a vitamin-like substance. This substance contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine and lipids. It also influences the proper functioning of the liver. Naturally, choline is mainly found in egg yolks, liver and milk.
- Inositol - The name inositol refers to a set of nine stereoisomers, but mostly when saying 'inositol' one has in mind one stereoisomer, myo-inositol. Myo-inositol is a molecule similar in structure to glucose. It may improve fertility in people with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and also sensitise the body to insulin.
