Definitions

  1. Administrator - Joanna Śniegocka conducting business under the name: SHAMAN Joanna Śniegocka with registered office in Ostrów Wielkopolski at ul. Długa 23, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski, NIP: 6222647314; REGON: 300627037which provides services electronically and stores and accesses information in User's devices.

  2. User - a person using the Online Shop; an entity to whom, in accordance with the provisions of the law, electronic services may be provided or with whom an agreement for the provision of Services by electronic means may be concluded.

  3. Internet shop - website located under domain www.shaman.plunder which the Administrator operates the Online Shop.

  4. Electronic service - a service provided electronically by the Administrator to the User via the Online Shop.

  5. Newsletter- information in the form of an electronic letter sent to the User's address concerning products on sale by the Administrator, including information content about new items, product recommendations, promotions, competitions.

  6. Contact form -an interactive form allowing Users to contact the Administrator.

  7. Account - created by the User, it collects data provided by the User and information about orders placed by the User.

  8. Device - an electronic device through which the User accesses the Service.

  9. Consumer - a natural person concluding a contract with the Administrator as part of the Online Shop, the subject of which is not directly related to his/her economic or professional activity.

  10. Client:

  1. a natural person having full capacity to perform legal acts, and in cases provided for by generally applicable laws also a natural person having limited capacity to perform legal acts,

  2. legal entity,

  3. an organisational unit without legal personality which is granted legal capacity by law,

- who uses or intends to use the Service or the Electronic Service.

Introduction

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data, of Users of the Online Shop (including potential Users) using the Online Shop available at the web address: www.shaman.en hereinafter referred to as the Shop. The document describes, first of all, the basis, purposes, scope of personal data processing, describes the Shop's functionalities, indicates the entities to which the data is entrusted, and contains information on cookies, analytical tools used within the Website.
  2. The controller of the personal data collected through the Website, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016.     5. Google LLC, Facebook Inc are entities from a third country, the United States, that have joined Privacy Shield to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data as required by RODO.

    As part of the agreement between the U.S. and the European Commission, the latter has found an adequate level of data protection for companies with Privacy Shield certification.

    6. The Administrator uses the Google Analytics tracking code to analyse the website statistics of the Website; details of Google Analytics can be found at www.youronlinechoices.com The sharing of information about activity on the Online Shop with Google Analytics can be blocked using a browser add-on provided by Google Inc. available here:
