Ingredients: Whey Protein Blend (96%)(Whey Protein Concentrate [Milk], Whey Protein Isolate [Milk], Whey Protein Concentrate Hydrolysate [Milk]), Flavouring, Thickeners (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum), Emulsifier (Lecithins [Soy]), Color (Beetroot Red), Acidity Regulators (Malic Acid, Citric Acid), Anti-Caking Agent (Calcium Silicate), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Enzymatically Produced Steviol Glycosides). Produced in a facility that also handles sulphites, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish and mustard ingredients.

Recommended Use: To obtain the beneficial effects, mix 1/2 serving (2 scoops) with 250 ml. of water or skimmed milk in a shaker cup and consume twice daily or mix 1 serving (4 scoops) with 500 ml. of water or skimmed milk in a blender and consume once daily.
