Ingredients: Natural Vitality CALM is a highly absorbable proprietary formulation of pH-balanced Magnesium Citrate in ionic form (△created from citric acid and magnesium carbonate), organic flavor, organic stevia (leaf) extract.

Recommended Use: For Adults: Individual needs may vary. Start with approximately a half-teaspoon (1 g) daily and gradually increase to 2 teaspoons (4 g).
