Ingredients: Purified water, genuine Zechstein Inside magnesium chloride (31% magnesium chloride) and other naturally occuring trace minerals.

Recommended Use: Ideally spray after shower or bath, aiding better absorption as the pores are open. Apply 5 to 20 sprays direct to your skin (or on area of concern) and lightly massage. A tingling sensation is natural upon first application and is a sign of magnesium deficiency; this will decrease as your magnesium levels increase.
